What’s stopping us from fixing our stuff, and how can we make it normal again?

There are a lot of things that stop us from fixing our things, so now it’s normal to throw away and buy new when something breaks. I’ll talk through the reasons why we’re throwing so much stuff away, why repair seems so hard, and what we can do to bring repair – and reuse – within reach for more people.
