I am an AI Experience Design specialist and Strategic Design Researcher at Microsoft, focused on helping organizations translate emerging technologies into meaningful, human-centered experiences. With a background spanning design research, customer success, and technology consulting, I combine user insights, design thinking, and business strategy to shape AI experiences that drive adoption and deliver measurable impact. I hold an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction Design and am passionate about bridging the gap between customer needs, innovation, and business outcomes.
